Siri answers our questions, helps us with directions, and when we can’t figure out that song on the radio, she’s there to solve the mystery. While Siri has become a household name all over the world, most of us have never met the “Oz” behind the curtain. In this episode of CYT, voice-over artist Susan Bennett opens up about her journey to becoming Siri, and how she’s learned to navigate her career in the entertainment industry as an introvert.
Susan reminds us that we all have our own path to walk with its own unique set of challenges. And no matter what your personality type, our perceived limitations are often the vehicle to deeper connection with those around us. We hope you’ll join us to hear how Susan’s story shows us that:
- Success doesn’t make struggle disappear
- All we can do is try to be the best person we can in the moment, since we’re all living with some degree of uncertainty
- Sometimes what we consider weakness or limitation can actually be our greatest asset, because it allows us to connect to others more deeply
- Half the battle is to keep moving in life rather than becoming stagnant
